Your store currency determines how you set prices for your comics and how revenue is calculated.
Choosing Your Currency
When You Choose
You select your currency during initial store setup, but you can change it later if needed.
Available Currencies
Currently, Panels Store supports:

For currencies marked as "⚠️ Limited": We can't onboard Stripe accounts from those regions. If you're a creator in one of these regions, we can work with you to find an alternative payout method (e.g., bank transfer). Contact publish@panels.store to discuss options.
How Currency Works
Buyers see prices converted to their selected currency automatically:
- Your USD $5 comic might display as €4.65 to a European buyer
- Conversion rates are handled automatically
- Buyers can purchase regardless of your currency
Choosing your currency doesn't limit your market, you can still sell globally!

Common Questions
Does currency affect my platform fees?
No—platform fees (20% + $0.40) apply regardless of currency. The $0.40 is converted to your currency equivalent.
Can buyers pay in their own currency?
Yes! Stripe handles currency conversion automatically. Buyers can use their local payment methods and see prices in their currency.
Are conversion rates favorable?
Stripe uses competitive conversion rates. Buyers see the converted price at checkout with no hidden fees from Panels Store.
